Mr. Rich Niccolls is was a missionary in East Africa for 12 years before coming home and settling in Texas. He served as a professor at Dallas Baptist University for several years before becoming a licensed insurance agent in 2015. Following the death of his mother in 2013, he realized that the "business side of death" is something no one needs to go through unprepared. Rich said, "After going through the loss of my mother, I spent months and months trying to handle the money issues. She was certainly not wealthy, but without insurance, it turns your world upside down. I realized then that I wanted to help others not have to go through what I went through."
